Small to medium:
Essential $175.00 Deluxe $300.00

Large:
Essential $225.00  Deluxe $350.00

Acerage: (ex: Carriage Lane)
Essential $275.00 Deluxe $450.00

Very large acerages or areas with very large flower or mulch beds will not be charged a fixed rate

but be charged a rate of $100.00 per hour for all services

Price includes disposal of grass clippings and debris!
